Ignition unit for XL600 with starter.
XL600 with starter has ignition unit with label MK5 CI-87. This ignition unit you can see at photo below.
This bike has the original AC-CDI unit (the unit is powered by a high-voltage coils in the alternator). Our unit for this bike is a Sparker DC-CDI (unit powered from +12V).
This solution solves the two most common faults occurring ignition on this bike (defect high-voltage coil in alternator and ignition unit defect).
On request it can be supplied as Sparker DC-CDI-P (programmable version). The unit is equipped with the same connectors as the original unit. You will only have to connect
one more wire from our ignition unit to +12V key switched.
