Universal short-circuit rectifier - charging regulator for ac generators with permanent magnets.

RCH25Z is a general-purpose short-circuit rectifier - charging regulator for motorbike alternators with permanent magnets. The regulator has its own cooler. The regulator is noted for considerable rectified - regulated output, high accuracy and thermo-resistance. The regulator is set to charging voltage 14.5 V. Continuous output can be 220 W (short-period up to 350 W). Regulator size is 100 x 62 x 32 mm (without holder). Montage holes (M6) spacing is 112 mm.
The regulator can be mounted to any motorbike with equal regulation type (in fact all Japanese motorbikes). Mechanical mounting needs to be solved individually.
We have several versions for various motorbikes. Example for some Honda motorbikes (VFR750, CBR600, CBR900 ...) - on fig. 2 is original regulator, on fig. 3 is our replica. For some Yamaha motorbikes (XTZ750, XT600, FZR600 ...) - on fig. 4 is original regulator, on fig. 5 is our replica.
